We’re a team of event and overlay specialists with grit, precision, and a passion for transformation.
From world-class sporting spectacles to intimate brand activations, our focus remains the same: create spaces that perform under pressure and leave a lasting impact. Between us, we bring more than 30 years of experience delivering some of the world’s most prestigious international events. You’ve probably seen our work without realising it: a stadium reimagined for global sport, a waterfront turned into a big-brand activation, or a greenfield site transformed into a fully functioning village. That’s the magic of overlay, and what we do best.
Olympics and SailGP to Red Bull and major festivals, we’ve consistently built temporary environments that host thousands – but we’re just as passionate about working with brands on bespoke activations, fan experiences, and tailored guest programmes that need the same level of creativity, detail, and care.
In 2023, we decided it was time to step out from the shadows of big agencies and back ourselves, launching Xplor to raise the bar in how events are considered, designed and delivered.
